This is a three part case study format seminar in which the instructor
focuses on only one aspect of the business issues of
QUALITY BOAT PARTS, INC.

Part  I  -	Background description of Quality Boat Parts, its financial condition, discussing cost containment ideas and comments.
Part  II -	We concentrate on talking only about how to improve sales and relating marketing strategies.
Part III -	More Discussion on financial condition, debt service, personnel issues. We conclude with a goal setting agenda for becoming profitable. Questions URGED every step of the way.
